How to…Create a new Account on My Ai Campus

Type www.myaicampus.com and under “First Time User” click on “click here to create a new account.”

• Step 1: Type in your Social Security Number or Student Identification Number, First Name, Last Name, and select The Art Institute of California- San Francisco for the campus. When finished, click submit. If MyAiCampus gives an error message stating it was not able to locate you in the system, contact a MyAiCampus Administrator for help.
• Step 2: Your information will show on the screen. Click continue to verify your identity. To update your information, go to the Registrar’s Office on the 7th Floor to fill out a Change of Information Form. If your information is incorrect, contact a MyAiCampus Administrator for help.
• Step 3: Create a username and type in your password twice. The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. Then select and answer three security questions. When finished, check the box and then click submit.
• My AiCampus will then direct you back to the MyAiCampus log in page. Enter your username and password. Make sure to write down your username and password. Then click submit to log into MyAiCampus.


How to…View and Print your Degree Audit

• Under “I want to,”click on the Academics Icon. Academics Icon
• Choose “Degree Audit” from the left-hand table of contents.
• Highlight your entire degree audit. Go to Print and choose “Selection” under Page Range.
NOTE: If printing from a Mac, you will need to click on Command + P to print the selected audit.

How to…View your Grades

• Under “I want to,” click on the Academics Icon. Academics Icon
• Choose “Grades” (for final grades) or “Midterm Grades” from the left-hand table of contents.
• Click on “Set Options” to select the desired quarter and year.

How to…Print your Holds

• Under “I want to,” click on the Academics Icon. Academics Icon
• If you have any Holds, a box will appear at the bottom of this page.
• Click on the highlighted Holds hyperlink to view.
• To print your holds, highlight the page. Go to Print and choose “Selection” under Page Range.

How to…View an Unofficial Transcript

• Under “I want to,”click on the Academics Icon. Academics Icon
• Click on “Academic Record.”
NOTE: You must not have any “Absolute Holds” in order to view your Academic Record on OLS.

How to…Look up the Quarterly Course Schedule

• Under “I want to,”click on the Academics Icon Academics Icon
• Choose “Course Catalog” from the left-hand table of contents.
• You may choose to narrow your search by major or by hitting “Search Criteria.” Under “Search Criteria” you may:
o Look for a specific course
o Print the entire list of classes
o Print only open classes and more!
NOTE: Be sure to click on “Set Options” to set your search to the correct Quarter.

How to…Forward your School Email

• Under “I want to,”click on the Email Icon. Email Icon
• Under “Preferences”, select “Email Forwarding Manager.”
• Enter your alternative email address.
• Select “Update.”
• You will receive a confirmation email from MyAiCAmpus requesting that you confirm the forwarding email within 72 hours. To do so, click on the hyperlink in the confirmation email and follow directions.

How to…Make a Payment Online

• Under “I want to,”click on the Course and Fee Statement Icon course and fee statement icon
• Click on “Course and Fee Statement.”
• “Accept” the legal disclaimer. Click “Continue” to proceed.
• Enter your payment information. The minimum payment accepted is $50.00.
• Enter your email address where it says “Cardholder Email.” You will receive a response email.
*Click on “Continue to Next Step,” review information entered, and click “Submit Payment Now.” If the payment went through, a confirmation will appear stating, “This transaction has been approved.”
Make sure to always logout of your MyAiCampus account when finished.

You must provide your student ID number and specify whether you would like access to your username only or if you need your password reset as well.
